ANON01 objects are made to order. The applicable return, cancellation and alteration terms must be confirmed before work begins.
Before acceptance
Confirm sizing, material, finish, payment, cancellation and any alteration or return eligibility in writing.
After delivery
If an object differs from the confirmed specification, preserve the object and packaging and write the house with the commission reference and clear photographs.
Owner confirmation required
Eligibility windows, exclusions, shipping responsibility, refund timing and alteration remedies remain to be supplied as owner-approved policy.
